Terms of service

Last updated · July 11, 2026

These terms cover your use of HomeTurf. We've kept them as short as honesty allows.

1. The service

HomeTurf provides an embeddable service-area checker: it answers whether an address falls inside your territory, captures leads, and reports on out-of-area demand. You get the features of the plan you chose, and address checks are unlimited on every plan — we never meter them.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. You must have the right to install the checker on the websites you connect it to.

3. Billing, trials, and cancellation

4. Your data

Your territories, leads, and reports are yours. You can export them at any time. If you close your account, we delete them on request. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use HomeTurf to break the law, to harvest addresses you have no business with, to probe or overload the service, or to embed the checker on sites you don't control. We may suspend accounts doing any of that, and we'll tell you why.

6. Service quality, honestly stated

We build for the checker on your website to stay up even when our own dashboard has a bad day, and if the checker can't compute an answer it still captures the lead. But no software vendor can promise perfection, so HomeTurf is provided “as is,” and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Maps

Territory and map data are built on OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors. Drive-time borders are estimates from real road data — good enough to run a business on, not a legal survey.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use HomeTurf after that is acceptance.

9. Questions
